Gray baby tooth

Please help and or advise.   My son is cutting his first few teeth and one that is starting to come though look grayish to me.  It is for sure darker then his other teeth.  I do not let him sleep with a bottle and I clean his mouth after he nurses each and every time.  Why does he have a gray tooth coming in?
