Teaching baby right from the start about good teeth care

I need some help on this.  When do you start having your child try and learn brushing their teeth own their own?  When should they be able to start flossing?  Also is there any good tips on making the process fun and easy.  I hear some kids will fuss all the time and I don to want my kids to not take proper care of their teeth.   I have a 2 and a 4 year old
