Single Mom with a bad Toothache.

Hi I am a single mom of a wonderful one year old.  Right now I have a really bad toothache.  I let things with my teeth go while I was pregnant.  I really had the toothache then but was told by my friends not to have dental work until after the baby.

Since I am single I got a little overwhelmed and time got away from me.  Now my tooth is screaming at me so to say to take care of it.  Is there a dentist that has a child care service?  My mom helps me with my son but only when I am at work for five hours.  I can totally understand her not wanting to take on even more time for me to fix my tooth.

Are there dentist that will do this?  Some dental office I seen have baby toys and stuff but I am not sure if the staff watches the child while the parent see the dentist.   Any advise is good.  Thanks
