Dental care for children, Brushing teeth
My 18 month old son will not yet me brush his teeth. It is a fight every time he refuses to open his mouth. I even tried letting him brush is own teeth but he does not really bush he just sucks on the tooth brush.
Brushing his teeth becomes a 15 – 20 minutes ordeal instead of a three minute brushing. I do not understand what I am doing wrong my other son who is four I never had this issue with him. I know all kids are different but I do not know how to address this with my son so it is not and issue and he will not fight with me on brushing his teeth.
