Delta Dental HMO dental insurance for a family

I live in Florida with my wife and son.  We do not have dental insurance currently but I have been in the process of looking for one since I will not be getting dental benefits though work.  My wife told me that our current dentist stated he is only on one HMO plan though delta dental.   On your web site I see that dental dental has two HMO plans.  I can I make sure which one my dentist takes.  I asked but was told he takes there HMO plan so that not much help.
