Baby dental care, Decaying baby teeth

Monday, Oct. 18th 2010 9:19 AM

My son is  two years and three months old.  I was told that he need around five crows all on his back molars two on the top and three on the bottom.   His teeth look like BBTD but I never give him a baby bottle  with anything more then water and he does not get one when he sleeps or to put him to sleep.

In fact up until he was one and half I nursed him.  I have an older daughter that is four and this never happen to her and I did the same thing.   Right now his teeth do not seem to hurt him which I am very thankful for.  The dentist can fix everything but the cost was over $3000.00 which would be a hardship for us to have to pay.

I could have the teeth pulled for much less as long as they can do it and not a oral surgeon.  I really do not want to start pulling teeth so young.  I can wait and put it off some more until they start bothering him but I am not sure that is a good idea either.

My husband is so upset about it all because we do not have the money for this type of dental work. He is already putting in over time at work as it is.   Right now I am not working but  plan to go back to work in a year.  At  a lost of what to do.  Need very good advise on how to get the dental work done for much less with out pulling teeth.
