Dental insurance for children, How do I find dental insurance

I am currently fighting cancer and my two children are living with my sister.  I do not have dental insurance on them and would like to get some but I live in CA and my children are staying with my sister in TX until I get better.

I am hoping that I will be feeling better in about six months.  Is there anything type of dental care I can get for my children while they are staying with my sister? I thank you for any advise
