Children dental insurance for Maryland.

Children dental insurance for Maryland.  Hi I live in Maryland with my two and four year old children.  I do not have dental insurance but my four year old needs to go for a dental check up since he is starting pre-school soon. 

Therefore I like to get a low cost dental insurance plan for both of my children while I have to get it for one anyway.  I am not sure if I need to get two signal plans or one couple plan can you advise?  Thank you
