Looking for help from Mother’s on baby’s dental care?

My baby is almost thirteen months old. I have not started to brush her teeth yet. Should I start to brush her teeth? If so, how should I brush her teeth and what type of brush would I use. Also how many time should I brush her teeth. My first child and not sure how to take care of her in coming teeth.
