Maine Children dental care, My daughter has already has two cavities

My daugher is only three and yet has two cavities already.   I know my wife is brushing her teeth twice a day.  And so it no all on my wife I also will help with brushing my daughter teeth.   I just really surprised that she should have two cavities that she now needs to have fillings for.   Is there something we are not doing right?

My daughter has already has two cavities

My daughter has already has two cavities.  I am not sure why, I have her brush her teeth after breakfast and dinner.  Although they are just her baby teeth I do not want her to continue to get cavities. Not sure what I should do about this.  The dentist says to get her to floss more.  The truth is right now she does not floss.   Getting her to brush is hard enough.

Anyone advise or how to get her to floss?  Or many any other suggestions.
