My son is teething and teething rings do not seem to help him much at all would like some advise on what else I could use. Also when should I take my son in to see the dentist? Do I wait until all his baby teeth come out? thanks

Just wonder when my son starts to teethe if there is any set order to the teething as to what tooth comes out at what age? My son is only four months but I think this would be helpful information to me. That way I have an idea if his teeth are coming out the way they should or not.
